# JupiterInvoice > JupiterInvoice is a free, anonymous-friendly invoice generator and collaborative invoicing tool. You create a professional invoice in 30 seconds and share it as a private link. Recipients can add PO numbers, fix billing details, comment, and forward the invoice to AP, all without creating an account. Every change is versioned and revertable. JupiterInvoice is built and operated by Perfspot LLC, part of Middlefield General Services (MGS). ## What makes it different - **No signup required to create or send invoices.** Drafts persist by browser session and get claimed into your account if you sign up later. - **Invoices are shared as a private link, not a PDF attachment.** Recipients open the link and can interact with the invoice directly. - **Recipients can edit specific fields** (PO number, billing entity, AP contact, address) without an account. Senders see every change and can revert any of them. - **Recipients can ask for changes to billable fields** (line items, pricing, terms) in a comment thread on the invoice. The sender gets an email, makes the edit, and every version is kept. - **International invoicing is first-class**: SWIFT, IBAN, account and routing numbers, and any currency on every invoice. - **Free** for the full product, including custom invoice numbering and multiple sender profiles.
