Privacy Policy

JupiterInvoice is built by a small team. We collect the minimum we need to run the product and we do not sell your data.

What we collect

• Your email address, for sign-in.
• Invoices and customer records you create.
• Sender profile info (business name, address, bank details, logo) so your invoices look right.
• Standard server logs (IP, user agent, timestamps) for security and debugging.
• Basic error telemetry when something breaks.

If you sign in with Google

When you choose "Continue with Google," Google sends us a small amount of profile information so we can create and identify your account: your Google account ID, email address, name, and profile picture URL.

• We use the Google account ID to identify your session.
• We use the email address for invoice notifications and account communication.
• We never request access to your Gmail, Drive, Calendar, Contacts, or any other Google service data.
• We do not share Google account information with third parties for advertising or any purpose unrelated to operating JupiterInvoice. We do not sell it. We do not use it to train AI models.
• JupiterInvoice's use of information received from Google APIs adheres to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.

What we share

• Your invoices are shared with the recipients you send them to (that is the whole point).
• We use third-party processors to run the service (hosting, email delivery, error monitoring, and similar). They process data on our behalf under their own terms.
• We never sell your data. We do not run ad trackers.

Cookies

We use first-party cookies for sign-in sessions and to remember unfinished drafts in your browser. We do not use third-party advertising cookies.

Your choices

You can delete your invoices, customers, and account at any time from the dashboard, or reach out through the contact page and we will handle it. Deleting your account removes the profile data we hold, including anything received from Google sign-in.

If you signed in with Google and want to revoke our access without deleting your JupiterInvoice account, visit myaccount.google.com/permissions and remove JupiterInvoice from the list.

Terms of Service

These terms are an agreement between you and PerfSpot LLC ("we," "us"). By using JupiterInvoice you agree to them. Plain English, no gotchas.

Your account

• You are responsible for keeping your sign-in email secure.
• You are responsible for the accuracy of the invoices and business details you create.
• Don't use the service to defraud, spam, or harass anyone. Don't use it for anything illegal.

The service

• The service is provided as-is, without warranties of any kind. We aim for high uptime but we don't guarantee it.
• We are not a payment processor. Invoices are a record of what's owed. Payment happens through whatever method you put on the invoice (bank transfer, etc.).
• We are not your accountant, lawyer, or tax advisor. Nothing on the site is professional advice.
• We may update the product, pricing, and these terms. We'll try to be reasonable about notice.

Our liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, PerfSpot LLC, its owners, and its operators are not liable for any damages, losses, missed payments, data loss, or other consequences arising from your use of the service. You use JupiterInvoice at your own risk.

Assignment

We may transfer or assign these terms and our rights and obligations under them, at any time, to any affiliate, acquirer, or successor. You may not assign your rights under these terms without our written consent.

Ending things

You can stop using the service at any time. We can suspend or close accounts that abuse the service or break these terms.
