Pricing questions
Is the free plan really free?
Yes. Unlimited invoices, quotes, and customers, the full recipient experience, PDFs, recurring invoices, and the API are all free, with no trial and no card required. The only difference you see is a small 'Powered by JupiterInvoice' footer on your invoices. The free plan is not going away.
What changes on my invoices with Pro?
The 'Powered by JupiterInvoice' footer comes off the invoice page your client opens and off the PDF, including invoices you sent before upgrading. Your client sees only your brand.
When does Pro start?
As soon as your payment goes through, usually within a few seconds of checkout. Pro switches on only after Stripe confirms the charge succeeded.
Can I cancel?
Yes, anytime, from Manage billing on your profile page. Pro stays on until the end of the period you paid for, then your account moves back to Free. Nothing is deleted, and your invoices keep working.
Monthly or yearly?
Pro is $10 a month or $100 a year, which works out to two months free. You can switch between them from Manage billing.
How do I pay?
By card, through Stripe's secure checkout. JupiterInvoice never sees or stores your card number.
