What should a handyman invoice include?
A handyman invoice should list the work performed, labor by the hour, and any materials billed at cost, plus a trip or call-out charge if you apply one. Add your business and tax details, the client and job address, and clear payment terms. Itemizing labor and materials separately avoids back-and-forth.
How do you charge for handyman labor and materials?
Charge labor at an hourly rate, often with a one-hour minimum and half-hour increments after that, and bill materials at cost as separate line items. A trip charge covers travel to the job. Listing each part clearly keeps the invoice transparent and easy to approve.
Is this handyman invoice template free?

What is the difference between the PDF, Excel, and Word versions?
