What should a moving invoice include?
A moving invoice should list the labor (crew size and hours or a flat move rate), packing materials, any furniture disassembly, and travel or fuel as separate lines. Note the pickup and delivery, the estimate given in advance, and that the final charges reflect actual time. Clear terms and itemized labor prevent disputes on move day.
How do movers bill hourly labor and materials?
Local moves are usually billed by the hour for a set crew and truck, plus materials like boxes and a travel or fuel charge. Long-distance moves are often billed by weight and distance. List the crew and hours, materials, and travel separately, and reconcile against the advance estimate.
Is this moving invoice template free?

What is the difference between the PDF, Excel, and Word versions?
