What should a musician's invoice include?
A musician's invoice should list the performance (date, venue, set length), preparation or rehearsal, any additional players, and travel as separate lines. Show the deposit that confirmed the booking and the balance due. Attaching or referencing the performance agreement keeps the scope clear.
How do musicians invoice for gigs and deposits?
Musicians commonly take a deposit to confirm a booking, then invoice the balance around the performance date. List the deposit already paid and the remaining balance, and itemize the set, rehearsal, extra musicians, and travel so the client sees what makes up the fee.
Is this musician invoice template free?

What is the difference between the PDF, Excel, and Word versions?
