What should a plumbing invoice include?
A plumbing invoice should show the service call-out or diagnostic fee, labor at your licensed rate, and parts such as fittings, valves, or a water heater with quantities. Include the job address, your license and business details, payment terms, and any warranty on parts. Note emergency or after-hours rates if they applied.
How do you bill emergency or after-hours plumbing?
Emergency and after-hours plumbing is usually billed at a premium, commonly 1.5 times the standard rate, plus the call-out fee. State the emergency rate on the invoice so the higher labor line is clear, and keep the parts and standard fees itemized separately.
Is this plumbing invoice template free?

What is the difference between the PDF, Excel, and Word versions?

Can I edit the line items and amounts?
Yes. The example content is a starting point. In the Excel file you edit the cells directly; in the live version you change every field on the invoice. Replace the sample line items with your own work.
