How do I invoice the same pool customers every month?

Save each customer once with their address, contact, and rate. When it is time to bill, start a new invoice from that customer and their details are already filled in, so a full route takes minutes. Automatic recurring schedules are on our roadmap; today the saved-customer flow makes repeat billing very fast.

Can I send a separate invoice for a repair or equipment?

Yes. A repair is just a normal invoice with line items for parts and labor, kept separate from the monthly service. You can also send a quote first, let the customer accept it on the link, and turn it into an invoice once the work is done.

Can my customers pay by card?

Yes. Connect your Stripe account and each invoice gets a Pay by card button. The customer pays on the private link and you see it marked paid. There is no extra JupiterInvoice fee on top of Stripe's normal processing rate.

Do my customers need to download an app or make an account?

No. Every invoice is a private link. They open it, see the amount and your payment details, pay or approve, and that is it. No login, no password, no app.

Can I take a deposit for a big repair?

Yes. Invoice the deposit amount up front as its own invoice, then invoice the balance when the job is complete. Both are branded and tracked in one place.
