Does my client need to sign up to interact with the invoice?

No. The invoice link is the only thing they need. They can add a PO number, update billing details, forward it, and comment without creating an account.

Can I send wire transfer details on invoices?

Yes. Your sender profile captures bank name, account, routing, SWIFT, and IBAN. These appear on every invoice with click-to-copy fields and a 'Copy all' button for your client's AP team.

What happens when a client edits the billing address?

The invoice updates, a new version is saved with the 'before' state preserved, and you get an email showing exactly what changed. If the edit was wrong, hit Revert on the invoice detail page to restore the previous version.

How does this compare to Stripe Invoicing?

Stripe is a payment tool that ships with invoicing attached: card payments work well, bank transfers are awkward, recipients can't edit anything. JupiterInvoice is an invoicing tool: recipients can collaborate, bank details are first-class, and we don't charge per-invoice fees.

Is there a free tier?

Yes. Everything on this page is free. The paid tier removes the 'Powered by JupiterInvoice' footer from invoices, unlocks custom invoice numbering, and enables multiple sender profiles. Free works indefinitely.
